How to Make Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
I like to mix my overnight oats in a large bowl and then transfer them to mason jars since I like to make more than 1 jar at a time. I made a little blueberry sauce for this recipe but feel free just to add frozen blueberries instead and they will bleed some of their juices and color and be delicious! I didn’t add any sweetener to these overnight oats but if you like them sweeter, feel free to add some honey or maple syrup.
Using a kitchen scale makes cleanup a breeze because you can measure everything in one bowl instead of getting multiple measuring cups out. You just zero out the scale each time when adding ingredients to the bowl. With this Taylor scale, you can weigh up to 230 ounces of liquids.
