You’re going to love the super easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bark! It takes just a few minutes to make, and can be made with whatever ingredients you have on hand. Typically these ingredients are found in most pantries. This healthier dessert is a fun treat for kids and adults and was a huge hit with my family. It’s perfect for when you want a treat but also want it to be on the healthier side.
How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bark
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bark is very easy to make. First, grab a large sheet pan and line it with parchment paper. Slice bananas in about half inch slices and lay them out on the sheet pan. Drizzle the bananas with natural peanut butter or regular peanut butter lightly melted in the microwave. Next, sprinkle with crushed graham crackers, pretzels or peanuts, if desired. Top with melted, dark chocolate or milk chocolate. It is helpful to add in about a teaspoon of coconut oil to make the chocolate easiest to drizzle. Freeze until frozen and break into pieces. Store the pieces of Chocolate Peanut Butter banana bark in a plastic storage container in the freezer.
