Stir Fry Nutrition
This stir fry is packed with nutrients! The vegetables and brown rice are full of fiber and the chicken is packed with protein making it a nutritious meal. The flavors that I added are all packed with benefits too- ginger, garlic and onion.
Ginger is excellent for digestion and such an important flavor in stir fries. I love that this one comes prechopped to save time. Garlic supports your immune system, make help lower cholesterol and blood sugar and contain prebiotic which benefits gut health. Onions can be beneficial for heart health and bone density. I love adding these three strong and delicious flavors to my stir fries for flavor as well as health benefits.
